Castello Borelli

2024, self-published
Hardcover book, exposed spine, Italian
112 pages, 160x230mm

Each chapter of the book opens with postcards that weave together past and present, creating a visual narrative of transformation and continuity. Following the development of the urban and environmental redevelopment project of Castello Borelli, a historic site in Liguria, Italy, the photographs capture and explore how architecture shapes and redefines spaces, imbuing them with renewed purpose and fostering meaningful connections between people and the places they inhabit and engage with.

Crafted as a handmade product, printed in a limited edition to ensure small imperfections that make each copy unique, the book was presented at the Nuove Normalità exhibition at Spazio Shed in Schio, where the work received a special mention.
